“Exceptional is the only word that truly describes my experience working with Mike Moreni during the sale of the property belonging to an Estate which I am PR. From the moment we shook hands, I knew the Estate property was in the most capable hands possible. Selling an Estate property can be a logistical minefield, but he handled every detail with a level of professionalism that is rare to find. He didn't just list the property; Mike took total command of the process. The communication was flawless. I never had to wonder what was happening; I received proactive, high-quality updates at every single turn. Whether it was a quick text or a detailed update, I always felt like his top priority. Most impressively, the speed of the sale was breathtaking. He utilized a brilliant marketing strategy that generated immediate interest, leading to a lightning-fast closing at a price that met my goal. If you want an agent who combines elite market expertise with genuine compassion call Mike!”

“Working with Mike Moreni on the sale of my house was an absolute pleasure. Mike's knowledge of the local market, pricing, and marketing are seond to none. We had so many offers within the first couple of days that it could have been very overwhelming if not for Mike's thoughtful feedback and guidance. He works day/night/weekends to keep communications flowing. Above all else, Mike works with intergity and honest transparency at all times. Our whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mike for anyones real estate needs. He truly is one of the most intelligent and honest agents I have ever met. I'm so grateful.”

“We were impressed by so much of what Mike did as he guided us through finding a house in an area unfamiliar to us. As we were looking at houses he was also carefully looking at them, and many times he pointed out things to consider that we hadn't noticed. He also showed a lot concern about how we were feeling about the property - well beyond the price and location. It was clear he didn't want us to settle for something we weren't truly happy with. As we got close to the closing date he noted that the sellers were likely not able to move out in time - not much packed. He alerted the seller's agent and helped her help the sellers. I have only great things to say about our experience with Mike.”
